Does Phillippa Grergory count as Romance? Loved the White Queen! Loved the Red Queen! didn't love the Wideacre series...but she's usually an addictive read

Diana Gabaldon's "Outlander" series is my choice for summer reading. A bit of historical romance and fantasy (since part of the saga takes place with the heroine being sent back to 18th centure Scotland). I'm on the 4th of the 5 book series and quite enjoying them.

I would echo Cynthia's comments on the Outlander series. I've read all the series and enjoyed immensely, and my mom and I are both waiting for my cousin to pass along the latest book of the series.

I had a "Gregory" period awhile back. I devoured everything in the Tudor Series, (The Other Boleyn Girl, The Queen's Fool, The Virgin's Lover, the Constant Princess, the Boleyn Ineritance, and the Other Queen). They are quite good, and like Colleen says, addictive!
