    Peace by Piece Exhibit

Peace by Piece, Quilted Memories of Newfoundland in the Great War is an exhibit of 17 quilts. This project contains over 250 quilt blocks, each one telling a story. Cabot Quilters' Guild invited people to submit a quilt block, and these blocks were made into the quilts. The exhibit has been seen in over 30 venues since it opened in May 2016. Four of the quilts were sent to the Newfoundland - Beaumont-Hamel Memorial Park for the commemorative events in July 2016. The First Space Gallery in the Queen Elizabeth II Library will be showing the remaining 13 quilts until April 20th, 2018.
